Failure as Data: The Mindset School Skips
Kids are taught to avoid being wrong. Real work requires treating failure as information, not a verdict.

The fear of being right
School rewards the person who already knows the answer. That creates a powerful fear of being the one who does not.
But in the real world, almost nothing works the first time. The skill is not avoiding failure. It is failing fast, learning from it, and trying again with better information.
What we practice
In the cohort, kids ship things that break on purpose. They test their assumptions before they believe them. They treat every wrong turn as a data point, not a verdict.
That is a habit. And habits can be learned.

Prepare your kids for the future
We run live online cohorts where 10–19 year olds learn to think from first principles, solve real-world problems, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
